Best for
Our standard method is DTF printing (direct-to-film). Your design is printed in full colour and heat-pressed onto the garment, so it handles detailed artwork, gradients, photos and unlimited colours with no setup fees. That makes it ideal for small runs, one-offs and mixed sizes.
For large runs of one design (48+ pieces) we also offer screen printing, which is more cost-effective at volume. We'll recommend whichever suits your order. See our printing policy for the details.
Want a logo on hats, polos or jackets? That's usually an embroidery job.

- We print & deliverPrinted in-house in Le Grand, CA. Pick up locally or we ship anywhere in the USA.
What we need to quote
Garment type and colour, approximate quantity and sizes, your artwork (or tell us you need help with it), where you want it printed, and your deadline. The quote form walks you through it in under two minutes. Just need one shirt? Order it online.

Common questions
Do you work with small orders?
Yes, there's no minimum. One embroidered cap or one printed tee is fine. Single items can also be ordered directly from our custom products.
Do you handle larger orders for teams and businesses?
Yes. Uniforms, staff apparel, team runs and event orders are what we do most. Tell us the quantity and deadline in your quote request and we'll confirm what's possible.
Can I use my own logo? What file type do you need?
Yes. Send whatever you have (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG, even a photo). If we need a cleaner version we'll tell you, and we can redraw or tidy artwork if needed.
I don't have a logo yet. Can you help?
Yes. Logo design and branding is one of our services. We'll design something that works stitched and printed.
How long does it take?
It depends on quantity and garment availability. Tell us your deadline when you enquire and we'll confirm timing in your quote. Rush job? Ask, and we'll tell you honestly if we can hit it.
How does pricing work?
Custom orders are quoted based on garment, quantity and the size/complexity of your design, so the quote is free and there's no obligation. Standard single items have set prices in our online shop.
Will I see it before you make it?
Always. You get a free digital proof and nothing is stitched or printed until you approve it.
Can I reorder later?
Yes. Just get in touch and reference your previous order.
Logos on hats, polos, jackets and workwear usually look best embroidered. See Custom Embroidery, or ask and we will recommend.
