To keep our pricing fair and our turnaround fast, we use two different printing methods depending on order size.
DTF Printing — No Minimum
Direct-to-film (DTF) printing has no minimum order. Whether you need 1 shirt or 100, DTF gives you vivid, durable prints at any quantity. This is our standard printing method for custom t-shirts and hoodies.
Screen Printing — 48 Shirt Minimum
Screen printing requires a minimum order of 48 shirts per design. Screen printing involves creating physical screens for each color in your design, which only becomes cost-effective at higher volumes. For orders below 48 shirts, we use DTF printing instead — it looks great at any size run.
Which Method Will I Get?
If you don't specify a printing method when you order or request a quote, we'll default to DTF printing. If your order qualifies for screen printing (48+ shirts of the same design) and you'd like that method instead, just let us know in your order notes or when requesting a quote.
