Refund policy

The required deposit is non-refundable. If an order is canceled after artwork has begun, garments have been ordered, materials have been purchased, or production has been scheduled, the deposit will be retained. If costs incurred exceed the deposit amount, the customer agrees to pay Hiser Creative Works for completed labor, artwork, materials, shipping, and any non-recoverable expenses incurred before cancellation.
